Blohm+Voss is a German shipyard which has built many of the world’s largest and most iconic superyachts, and has delivered an unparalleled level of quality since 1877. Following a few transitional years, the yacht division required a more sophisticated and up-to-date brand identity.

Inaria was commissioned to redefine the brand’s proposition and position within the superyacht sector. With such a wealth of heritage, the challenge was to tell their story and to improve the quality of their brand identity and marketing collateral, without losing its core essence.


Following a full review of the sector, we redefined the brand strategy and redesigned every aspect of the brand identity, including the logotype. A portfolio of visually consistent yacht images was created, along with a range of marketing items, including an A3 coffee table book and website.
