In the centre of Whitehall, the area between Trafalgar Square and the Houses of Parliament, lies a private residence with an illustrious neighbour. The Residences at Corinthia Hotel London are a collection of eleven apartments, each offering ultra-luxurious living accommodation and the finest hospitality courtesy of London’s 21st Century Grand Hotel.

10 Whitehall Place, as the Corinthia London Residences are also known, shares its street number with another Whitehall residence, one which happens to be one of the most famous addresses in the country; 10 Downing Street. The logo subtlety draws reference to the style and authority of the Downing Street typography, while the colour palette bridges the world of luxury and high office.
Inaria designed, wrote and produced a number of sales and marketing collateral items, including a casebound book, which was presented in a clamshell box. We art directed an extensive photoshoot of the fully-furnished sales suite and the spectacular penthouse apartment, capturing the quality of the craftsmanship on the inside, and the historical setting on the outside.
